Project Summary

EMPR provided strategic communications and event planning support for the 11th annual CAMCA Regional Forum, a high-level international convening held in Ulaanbaatar. The Forum brought together over 350 leaders from 20 countries across the CAMCA region, as well as participants from the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

The Forum theme was “Envisioning a Regional Future: Business, Society and Governance in CAMCA.”

Impact

The 2025 CAMCA Regional Forum marked a milestone moment for the Network—both geographically and strategically. Hosting the Forum in Ulaanbaatar expanded CAMCA’s regional footprint and reinforced its role as a platform for dialogue on business, governance, and societal development.

The assignment demonstrates EMPR’s capacity to deliver communications and coordination support for complex, multi stakeholder international forums. The successful hosting of the CAMCA Regional Forum in Ulaanbaatar strengthened Mongolia’s positioning as a credible host country and reinforced CAMCA’s role as a regional dialogue platform.
